When is my booking confirmed?

Only after the lodge checks availability and contacts you directly.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. Early or late arrangements are subject to lodge approval.

Is there a key deposit?

The business profile states a refundable K50 key deposit for each room.

How do I pay?

No payment is collected through this Phase 1 website. Offline payment instructions may be provided privately after the lodge confirms availability.

What is the cancellation policy?
