These terms apply to booking requests submitted through this website.
Booking terms
Submitting a website form does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only after Meiyonda Eco Lodge has checked availability and contacted the guest.
Rates displayed on the website are subject to confirmation and may change before a booking is accepted. A refundable K50 key deposit applies under the current lodge policy.
No payment is collected online in Phase 1. The lodge may provide private offline payment or deposit instructions after confirming availability.
Guests must contact the lodge about changes or cancellations. Any deposit, cancellation or no-show consequences will be stated when the reservation is confirmed.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.
